Barrio de la Villa is Priego de Cordoba´s oldest residential area. Right here you will witness typical Spanish whitewashed abodes whose walls are ornamented with plant pots of colorful geraniums and petunias. The doors and windows are neatly painted in bright blue or green. The houses are put at odds by a maze of very narrow, cobble-stoned pathways.
