Seventy kilometers from Cordoba city, Lucena is a town that is famous for its furniture factories and shops. In fact, one of the furniture factories in this town owns the largest chair in the world which stands six meters high. However, there is more to this town than just these furniture companies. This old town is also home to a lot of historical and well-ornamented churches. One of the most significant churches in the town is San Agustin , a seventeenth century convent founded by the Madres Agustinas, which is distinguished by its oval layout and dome.
