Town transport

Taxis

Taxis are not hard to find in Cordoba. There is a wide availability of this mode of transportation whenever you need it. The color of the taxi cabs is always white and there is always a logo on the door which displays their official number. If you are a non-speaker of the Spanish language, it is always best to learn a few phrases, or better yet, always bring along a Spanish-English book to be able to converse with the taxi driver, for most drivers do not speak English. The taxi meter displays a flag down rate, however an additional fee may be charged after midnight and during fiestas or public holidays, style Travel Peru.

City Buses

Cordoba
buses are so distinct with their vibrant colors that they actually glow on the streets. The good thing is that many bus stands have clear route maps and helpful diagrams.

Coaches

The main coach station is to be found in close proximity to the RENFE train station. It is expedient and well signed with plenty of ticket windows, an information desk and even a shopping mall!
